Our approach
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a design and improvement target. We work toward keyboard access, readable contrast, meaningful labels, clear feedback, and layouts that support zoom and smaller screens.
This statement describes our approach. It is not a claim that every page, document, or third-party service fully conforms. Accessibility review and improvements are ongoing.
Using the site
Use the skip link to move to the main content. Interactive controls are intended to work with a keyboard. You can choose a light or dark appearance in your profile and use your browser’s zoom controls. Where available, lists provide an alternative to visual maps and diagrams.
Documents and external services
Some older PDFs, spreadsheets, uploaded materials, maps, and external services may present barriers. If you cannot use a resource, contact us with its title or page address and the format or assistance you need.
Report an accessibility barrier
Tell us which page or task caused difficulty, what happened, and how we can reach you. If helpful, include your browser and assistive technology. You do not need to disclose a disability, medical information, passwords, or private records.

Accessibility is part of our design and release review. We track improvements and known work through the NextGenEM Journal.
